| Erynex 10K Injection are erythropoiesis-stimulating agents (ESA) used in the treatment of anemia resulting from chronic kidney disease it helps in the formation of red blood cells by the bone marrow. It contains Recombinant human erythropoietin where Erythropoietin regulates erythropoiesis by stimulating the differentiation and proliferation of erythroid precursors, stimulating the release of reticulocytes into the circulation, and synthesis of cellular haemoglobin. |

Uses
Erynex 10k is a haematopoietic agent, prescribed for anemia in people with chronic kidney failure. It helps in the formation of red blood cells by the bone marrow.

Contraindication
Erynex 10K should not be used for children below 1 month of age during treatment of anemia due to chronic kidney disease.
Drug Interactions
Erythropoietin Alfa, Human recombinant may have interaction with medicines used after kidney transplant (cyclosporine), other medicines for cancer and anemia (lenalidomide), medicines used for skin disease and cancer (thalidomide), anticancer (pomalidomide).
